Casey Anthony Civil Case Hearing Set For Feb. 14th

What’s the latest in Zenaida Gonzalez’s defamation suit against Casey Anthony? We learned today that a Feb. 14 hearing has been scheduled to discuss trial logistics. The trial is set to begin in April.
The hearing with be at 8:30 a.m. on Valentine’s Day. The notice of hearing was filed by John Morgan and Keith Mitnik, Gonzalez’s attorneys. By doing so, they notified Charles Greene, Anthony’s lawyer.
On Monday, Judge Lisa Munyon had ordered that the parties arrange a hearing.
Gonzalez says her life was devastated when she was linked, by Anthony, to the disappearance of Caylee Anthony. In July, Anthony was acquitted of murder in the death of her daughter. Anthony is serving probation somewhere in Florida for check fraud.

Oh, I didn’t know they pulled a permit. Aha!….. for once they are following the rules. But then they had no choice if they are using a licensed contractor. I bet they stayed up nights trying to figure out a way they to circumvent the law though.
I remember someone (sorry don’t recall who it was) posting here saying that a house of that age most likely needs to have a bathroom remodel due moisture and all the plumbing in that space. I can attest to that

And I would suspect it is a ‘must’ in Florida with the climate.

You know if its a family friend thats doing the remodel they will get more thab the permit done.

It’s hard to imagine Shirley Plesea would want to live in the House on Hopespring. Or maybe she can turn a blind eye to the situation, like Cindy?
Shirley’s daughter and granddaughter? She wants to be around those two??? yikes. She seemed wise in her e-mails like there wasn’t going to be any wool pulled over her eyes.

As people get older, their choices of where to live and who wants to care for them dwindle, as we should all know. It may not be her drathers, but what she NEEDS to consider at this time. I don’t think the A’s are totally horrible people. Just when they needed to cover up a murder to save their daughter from death did they stand out as less than law abiding citizens. If that hadn’t happened, we probably would never have heard of George, CIndy, Lee or Casey Anthony and they would have gone on living their lives like we all do. Now with that said, what they did covering up and up and up again over and over is a horrible and not law abiding. They have been shoved up against a wall and I for one am glad I have not been in such a situation to have to feel I have to make that kind of a decision. I think it is safe to say, that we all feel that “someone” in that home let Caylee die intentional or not. I still waver between George and Casey. That is MOO. I see reasonable points pro for each. Also, I believe they both could very possibly be duping all of us. I have not let George off the hook for anything yet. He acts very suspicious, as does his daughter Casey. Cindy has her very own set of mental issues Imo. I am not an expert other than personal experiences, but base this only on MOO.

I’m sure this is old news, but I’m watching Dateline with Jose Baez representing Gary Giordano as his client. They have blood on a rock from the victim and Jose insists that she drowned, yet there is no body. Amazing how Jose considers all murders are “drowning”. The worst part is he gets away with it!!!
A few weeks back, Mark Klaas appeared on NG show. He made a statement about all defense attorneys.
He said, defense attorneys live in an alternate universe where they can make excuses and justify everything.
Defense attorneys like Bozo do not live in the real world. The whole idea is to throw it all out there, bizarre or not, to see what sticks.

morning all…….Im a reader now more than a poster, as during the past three years of reading and posting, I have gotten sick.. BUT.. I just wanted to make a comment on a comment I read.. that C/G had the car crushed once they got it back.. out of sight.. out of mind.. (and SMELL, which they KNEW was decomp of Caylee) BUT…. its obvious they did NOT believe and they KNOW the death did not occur as a drowning in the family pool.. because the pool is still up, if I am correct… SOOOO … if they didnt want the smell and reminder from the car.. HOW CAN THEY SWIM in that POOL or even look at it… IF they “believed” the pool story.. the permit for remodeling should be for a contractor to take that pool down and out..
BUT.. we know the truth about that one, HUH CINDY!!!!! You are a sick woman!

Now that Casey’s name is on part of the property there on HopeSprings, per a link someone posted that I cant find any longer, does that mean the IRS can take the house IF she doesnt pay IRS back for the taxes??
Can they put a lien on the home?
How could KC’s name be on the lien?
