Casey Anthony Civil Trial To Be Televised
– Civil Trial Date Is Scheduled For April 9, 2012 –
BY HAL BOEDEKER, THE TV GUY: When Zenaida Gonzalez’s civil suit against Casey Anthony goes to trial, “In Session” will provide pool coverage.
This news doesn’t mean that viewers will see the same level of coverage on “In Session” and HLN that they saw during Anthony’s murder trial last year, an HLN spokeswoman cautioned.
Still, the news suggests that viewers could have easy access to trial coverage. The pool coverage last year by “In Session” ran smoothly.
The civil trial is scheduled to begin April 9.
In July, Anthony was acquitted of murder in the 2008 death of her daughter, Caylee. Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation for linking her to the child’s disappearance.

My birthday was great ,at my age all y Birthday are great.lol
Ya’ll mean to tell me she can be in touch with a felon,say she has no source of income but can get a tattoo and her nose pierced and the state of Florida will just say” ok you can go 6 months early”.I swear i just might have to get on a plane and go hold my sign out in front of the court house! An attorney on the radio said that the state could still hold cindy for perjury and destroying evidence…IF they wanted to..What do you think Dinosaur:]

Hi!!! Your welcome!!! On the probation issue,the probation officer must submit her/his final report to the Court indicating that probation has been successfully completed,it gets filed with the Clerk,goes into her Court Record file.If she wanted early release from probation CA must petition the Court,have a hearing before a Judge,and the probation officer lets the Judge know if she has been compliant,and the reason for early release,then the Judge will make his determination.This is not uncommon,especially if it’s a first time offense,repeat offenders generally are denied.Hope this answers your question.

Hi!!! Don’t think they will charge Nurse Ratchett with perjury,it’s tough to prove,plus very costly.Even though all of America knows she lied,the State’s Atty won’t pursue this.Sad,but true,and very wrong to ignore it.
Dino…what if Cindy lies during the civil trials? They have her deposition, tons of footage of comments/news reports, maybe people (any of the Ants) seen with Tim Miller, LE questions etc. She won’t say anything that would go against Casey so that means she will probably lie. Can they charge her with perjury in a civil trial if she is caught lying?

Casey made the final payment yesterday of 338.00 on the theft charge. She has a 0 balance.
She still owes 4,354.00 on the Criminal Felony charge

All I see and think about is a sweet little girl named Caylee. She was on this earth and I think she is supposed to be in our thoughts and hearts to protect others like her.

They are going to have the Casey Anthony trial, during one of the sessions. Not sure which week. I.D. is a very good station. Good documentary’s.
They showed photos of LOTS of killers – along with a photo of Sindy?
She was on the stand doing her ACT!
Caylee’s photo I think was the first picture they showed.
None of the other killers had any “family” member’s photos, but I always said the Anthony’s are all ONE! They are not permitted to be individuals. That’s the way SINdy wants it. CMA – CMA – CMA.
I guess Lee didn’t count. I think he knows this. Not even named after George?Not even “GEE”.

In Keith Ablow’s book, “Inside The Mind of IT”, he went into detail about CA and GA’s upbringing. Yep it’s all there.
How can these people live with themselves? George for instance,He was at one time a Cop! One of the people that we tell our children (You see that man over there He is a Policeman,You can ALWAYS trust a Policeman!) Or SINdy the (NURSE) As a dedicated nurse WE Offer ourselves to help others,To be the person that is caring,And compassionate.TO DO NO HARM…How many people had so much trust in that evil woman? And It isn’t phasing them at all! All they can think about is the ALMIGHTY dollar! How they can BENEFIT from the death of that poor child..I will always believe that Cindy knew..Maybe not in The means of knowing where her Body was, But I think she knew in her heart that Caylee was dead..She started making excuses right away..She is the one who came up with the POOL ideal..She (AS WE ALL KNOW) who lied about the choloroform searches..And even if it was only one search,When she thought it was MORE she admitted to them all..But her lies had been proven by her time card for work.. I just do not understand how they can get up in the morning and go on everyday as if nothing ever happend..As if that little girl never exisited..How does the echo of the little girls voice not ring in their ears,How can they continue to act like life is great?? I guess the old sayings about money is true..It can buy about anything,I suppose it is easier if your soul was for sale to start out though…Casey may end up being rich but she will never be able to buy Trust,Love or happiness..And Karma don’t care how much money you have when it comes to call…
