Casey Anthony Civil Trial To Be Televised
– Civil Trial Date Is Scheduled For April 9, 2012 –
BY HAL BOEDEKER, THE TV GUY: When Zenaida Gonzalez’s civil suit against Casey Anthony goes to trial, “In Session” will provide pool coverage.
This news doesn’t mean that viewers will see the same level of coverage on “In Session” and HLN that they saw during Anthony’s murder trial last year, an HLN spokeswoman cautioned.
Still, the news suggests that viewers could have easy access to trial coverage. The pool coverage last year by “In Session” ran smoothly.
The civil trial is scheduled to begin April 9.
In July, Anthony was acquitted of murder in the 2008 death of her daughter, Caylee. Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation for linking her to the child’s disappearance.

Peggy in AL,
Although it was a comment on this thread that Mason PROBABLY would attribute her penalty payment as coming from “public donations”, & had done that in a post-release interview with Jean Casarez, Mason hasn’t YET made any comment about how she got the money to pay it, or who might’ve paid it if it wasn’t her (such as a law firm staff member, or Cindy-ME), nor has anyone brought it up in the media that I know of. I watched Vinnie Politan tonight & he didn’t mention it (unless I missed it).
I hate it when a sardonic reply gets picked up, & interpreted as ‘truth’, & “snowballs” (I hate that word now too LOL), when in fact it was just a sarcastic ‘what if’ kind of thing. You know as well as I that they’re not gonna tell the truth about it…she doesn’t want to come off the taxpayer’s payroll & wants to continue ‘sticking it’ to the good people of Florida. jmho
Bingo, 2Loyalty -
I hope they get so sloshed on the fishing boat that they “do a Natalie Wood”
(no disrespect to dear Natalie, RIP). A girl can always dream……jmho
Hello everyone! Happy Friday’s Eve!
So KC paid her probation fees? I wanna know how she does it! LOL No job! No government assist……yet pays her fees, gets piercings, puters and all that good stuff!
I think that she is on her own as far as being “indigent” goes. The state does not pay anything for a civil case, so they are probably “pro bono”. And, I may be wrong, but I don’t think that JAC would provide lawyer fees for her appeal either. It is my understanding that they only pay for appeals that are automatic, like a death verdict. I cannot see the state paying for an appeal of a misdemeaner! That poor new attorney (Lizabeth) is learning “trial by fire” LOL Unless she is on Mason’s payroll, her first case is pro bono!
Thanks Dino, for your transcribing info! Three bucks a page! WOW! And when we were doing it manually, we got 50 cents a page and thought we were in the money! LOL

That’s Jason’s (can’t remember his last name) fb page; he’s a Casey backer. He’s the one making that comment (why, I don’t know)
I’m sure there are a few KC backers. Look at that crazy woman that has sent Van der s muck thousands of dollars!

……..
I’m not sure about a comment made by Kim but there was talk her and Holly spoke and settled the “rift”
On the other hand, it was Wendy Feldman that led many to believe something big was to come but if you read her comments below her article and tweets she made, it was no more than to bring attention to all child abuse.

Hi Ya’ll,Dee if you have already mentioned this ya’ll forgive, but I went to Kim Feldman’s site and she says that Casey had her parol hearing yesterday but that is ALL she said…I do not really get what is going on but it just seems like something is off..Maybe it is just me being paranoid about all of this family and legal team !
Wish I could find these “reports”

Reports are that #CaseyAnthony paid $1,149.92 in court fines Feb. 1, 2012.

Thanks Dee, for all your research!
I’m thinking IF the probation fine has been taken care of, that maybe KC can petition that her probation end. (Wasn’t that mentioned in the Dippolito trial that the hubby wanted to pay his restitution so he could petition the court to end his 28 year probation? And, that is Florida).

………
I’ve read comments elsewhere, that is why the balance was paid off but I can’t find a credible report.
Thanks Dee
But ya can’t just pay and walk, You have to petition the court, right?
Who is giving skank money? I wonder? I am thinking if she paid those fines, she is wanting to get her driver license back.
