Roy Kronk Call To Police In Tenn. Could Impact Casey Case
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Casey Anthony’s attorneys on Friday will question Roy Kronk, the former meter reader who found Caylee Anthony’s body.
Local 6 has learned of another discovery that Kronk made years earlier in Tennessee that could impact the Anthony case.
Anthony’s defense team has suggested that Kronk may have kidnapped and killed Anthony’s daughter, Caylee. Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in Caylee’s death.
Local 6 has obtained a police report from Tennessee that sources said may be used by the Anthony’s defense team to attack Kronk’s credibility. During Friday’s depositions, Casey Anthony’s attorneys will likely question the former meter reader about the rainy day in 2008 when he found Caylee’s body.
The defense is also likely to question him about the day four months earlier when he repeatedly called authorities to the same area to report a suspicious item he found there. A deputy showed up, but was unable to find anything unusual. Now, Local 6 has learned that 11 years earlier Kronk called authorities to another wooded area in Tennessee, but that once again officers who responded to that scene were unable to find what Kronk had been describing.
According to a 1997 report from Kingsport, Tenn., Kronk told investigators they would find several stolen guns and other stolen items in a wooded field. But when officers searched the field, they were unable to find any of the items Kronk was talking about.
According to sources, Casey Anthony’s defense team found it odd that Kronk would call police twice to two different wooded areas where nothing was found. Sources said the defense team may use the Tennessee police report to challenge Kronk’s credibility and raise reasonable doubt.
Anthony’s lawyers have already suggested that Kronk may have been responsible for the toddler’s disappearance, even though police and prosecutors have not turned up any evidence of that.
Local 6 called Kronk’s attorney for a response to allegations against him. He said there is no need for a response, calling this, “One of the many sideshows in this case.” Kronk’s attorney also said his client has nothing to hide and points out that he is not the one on trial.

THE DEFENSE CAN’T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS!
WESH NEWS REPORTS: An Orlando criminal defense attorney said Friday is the day Anthony’s defense team can solidify their theory that Kronk is someone they could point the finger at in Casey’s trial.
“Either he’s the guy, or he’s not the guy,” criminal defense attorney Richard Hornsby said.
Hornsby said Anthony’s defense team can gain valuable information against Roy Kronk, but they still have to commit fully to the theory that Kronk was behind Caylee Anthony’s disappearance.
“The state has a solid theory it’s Casey Anthony. The defense does not have a solid theory if they’re just kind of pointing at Roy Kronk and saying he wasn’t investigated enough,” Hornsby said. “You can’t have it both ways.” SOURCE: WESH NEWS ORLANDO 5:08 pm EDT July 29, 2010

Awesome News Ken!!! So So Happy For you. God is Good All The Time!! Love Express

I’ve called the police twice this week regarding gun-shots I thought I heard from the woods way back there. The first time, they came out and concluded it could have been (actually, I forget what they thought it was). The second call (next day) heard same and called again. They said they’s call me back and discuss instead of coming out again. I suspect kids got dad’s gun and went hunting…
Point being, police don’t take even calls about gun shots seriously, so why would they put priority on the call Kronk made about a suspecious bag in the waters of the woods… LEAVE KRONK ALONE BOZO!

Cindy had an excuse for KC about the shovel, yet we never heard from KC herself as to why she borrowed it. Gee, mama Cindy’s words and also papa jojo’s always explaining it away. Now, dont they know that their words might implicate themselves?? Always the parents explaining her behavior yet never did we hear KC explaining anything, not even on jailhouse tapes…This is what the defense is going to use, you can bet on it. Jailhouse tapes is all about Cindy aiding her daughter, yet KC counteracting her words,,,Look back at the tapes, this is why KC loses it. Defense will use those tapes to turn it away from KC to possibly someonen else in the family

New Yorker, 31 days; 31 days; 31 days and NEVER made the call reporting Caylee missing on her own. Enough said. She’s guilty!

I believe that Baez is hoping for a appeal on incompetent attys., but remember Casey is asked constantly if she is satisfied with her council, that is why she is FORCED to attend all the motions hearings. Susan Smith tried the same thing ( and she had very competent atty., SC supreme court told her to find something better to do with her time.) lol

a bit more on the baez-bozo foreclosure. Anyone know the month and year in 2008 when baez-bozo closed escrow on that house he clearly would never have been able to afford? Was it around the same month and year he realized taking casey as a client might bring him riches beyond all belief? Was he counting his chickens before they hatched? Or is he just that bad at making investment decisions…

The first time I remember the Blanchard Park distraction from finding Caylee was when that Bill or Bob or whoever worked for Padilla at the time, because he was a nice looking guy, casey snuggled up to him and created the false story about Blanchard Park, the script, etc. That is the first time I remember her spinning that lie…then the family took the yarn and began weaving it into their own testimony.

Another KCism that has me puzzeled. When meeting her parents during a jail visit. Her quote “I can understand maybe a week or week an a half, what am I supposed to learn”….DUH, don’t lose, kill your kid, lie about it, party for a month, etc…. but no, “What was she supposed to learn”.

Bozo is cranking up the bus for Kronks’ testimony.
Stick to your guns, Kronk.
We all know Casey is the Nanny who is responsible for Caylee’s death.
Bozo can shoot for the stars but will never make it work.
Next after Kronk will be Georgieporgie.

Hard to keep track of the manufactured “reasonable doubt” planting baez-is planting to get Caylee’s murderer off:

Pardon me…haven’t slept all night… So I know it is late for this. BUT HI ALL. Great news Ken. Praying for continued good news for you.

She wasn’t supposed to “learn” anything. She was supposed to give up the location where she murdered Caylee. Duhhh! Just another casey distraction pretending she thought she was there to ‘learn’ something instead of explain something…

Good morning everybody! Great news Ken. My best to you. It’s really nice to hear something positive.
As Kronk’s attorney said, “this is one of the many sideshows in this case.”

Justic For Caylee~~ seems like every time Baez shoots for the stars he hits himself in the foot.

JFC,,,Yep 31 days not even her grandparents( the caregivers) didnt report her missing. It’s going to be interesting to say the least because all the lies that KC told was protecting the family like she said. The caregivers. Nobody reported her , and it’s up to the prosecution to prove Casey left with Caylee that day after Cindy had her which will be hard since GA is a proven liar. You and Iknow yes but it’s going to be pointed to someone else in that family and the nanny story will basically be played as a lie to protect someone else in her family..(The abuser.Watch.

Hello thanks kookooz for pointing out that Cindy came up with the Blanchard park story.Anyone remember Caseys friend who went to grade school with her,and played in the woods with her?I listened to her interview with police,(not sure of the date but way before Caylee was found)on wftv-knowing what we do - listening to her interview and Tim Miller discription of what went on in the house when Casey came home, its painful, I cant belive nobody saw her/whomever put Caylee in the woods.Watching her visits in jail with her parents it all seems so telling. In one interview Cindy ask Casey if she knows a girl,(Tia?) I think its this same lady that spoke to police-jmo-Casey gets real uncomfortable,grrh-
I wonder how the defense plant expert will spin the facts?I feel so bad that even after the water receded Caylee wasnt found until Roy had to relieve himself, and then he called 3times?RIP Caylee

Unfortunately NYorker you’re right. Defense must try everthing in order to say it was a fair trial. We don’t need a mistrail. Baez is just sneaky which makes him seem incompetant and shady. Justice for Caylee is why we are here!
