Misty Croslin Leaks New Clue About What She Knows: “It’s gonna hurt two people”
Newly released jailhouse tapes gives us some insight into what Misty Croslin, the last person to see 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings alive, knows about the night the little girl disappeared. In a phone call to her sister-in-law Lindsey Croslin, Misty Croslin is cryptically talking about a California bounty hunter who has offered to bail her out in exchange for information that will lead him to Haleigh. Here is the portion of the conversation:
Sister-in-law: So what, you have things you need to talk to him about?
Misty Croslin: Well yeah, I mean, it’s you know, hard to talk.
Sister-in-law: I know.
Misty Croslin: Yeah. But it’s gonna hurt two people. It’s gonna hurt two people.
Sister-in-law: That we care about?
Misty Croslin: Kinda. One, yeah. And the other, kinda.
Sister-in-law: That I care about?
Misty Croslin: Yeah.
Sister-in-law: Cause I know I don’t give a f*** about Ronal, excuse my language.
Misty Croslin: No, No. No it’s somebody. Yeah, no.
Sister-in-law: It’s not him?
Misty Croslin: No, you just think Chelsea, use your head. And you’ll know.
In a separate recorded conversation with her mother, Misty Croslin says that detectives have questioned her but she told everything she knows through her lawyer, Robert Fields. Tessa i will go back an relisten to the 911 tape for you.An see what i gleen from it.I say if she just came in,she would have been high,an if she did just wake,she wouldnt have been clear headed.With Ron storming over her.Scared. No ones been arrested for a crime to do with her.So that tells me there was no blood found inside the trailor.LE is being really tight lipped.An only releasing so much.I do know when the doors were checked.They returned an took the back screen door. An may have returned it by now.No forced entry.So someone had to have access to unlock that back door.I know a C Card,or DL could open the front door if no dead bolt was on it. I wonder if AC man was working when there.Could he have used the back door,an didnt lock it back. He has alibi for that night.Chad Griffs MG lied about his alibi in the beginning she said he was home when he wasnt.im sure they check this /at least i hope so.Its been said by some inside investigators that the Sheffield side wasnt investigated like others. Who knows. TJ Hart An Cobra who has stayed in Satsuma,an Putnum co.Involved in this case.,keeps in touch with Jan Barrett an she seems to think Haliegh is alive.Not explained why.
I want to know if washer lint was checked to see if lint from blanket was there/or dryer if used.One person mentioned this.So i want to know also.Seems by Teresa Neves Misty didnt clean that night.dishes were piled up/cloths everywhere/an stuffed in dryer.
Her we have family seen Haliegh alive playing out side after Ron went to work-Between time she got off the buss,untill going inside.-
At 7 GG Sykes went over to take Haliegh some cloths she had washed while Misty was on her party,the weekend before.
At around 8:30/9:00 Misty hung up,an cut phone off.Ron heard Haliegh. So from around 9-3 we have nothing. Misty says at 10 pm she went to bed.

Flygrammie, Wow got to love thoses grand babies. Yes it does bring this close to home.So many babies are missing/abused/an murdered. This case is very baffeling. Many theorys an no anwsers.
I want evidence,an truth.But most of all i would love to see them find this precious child.Seem she didnt stand a chance with Bio parents who have used drugs for a long time.To a child girlfrind (she was almost 17 then) the child went missing on her watch/a drug user.An a town full of drug dealers/drug users/pimps /an working girls.

Jan as for the cremation, I saw it here on the comment pages, it said that Ron did some work at the crematorium also. So all I know is what I read here. I am in Chicago so I can only go by what is written. :)
Misty wrote a letter to a family member,according to Art/on NG show. LP chats with Lindsey as we know. LP mentioned something about Joe had Haliegh in his arms. an conversation was cut short Btween him,an a man.. LE,according to them believe some of what she said,an dont believe some.They are checking it out.Well cousin Joe wont be talking.(lawyered up after LE got the letter ) I think Tommys implicated also. About Haliegh,an that night. It may now be comming out. Misty in the beginning mentioned both men,as molesting her,an she was feeling funny about Joe.
Ivchic5×5 - The Jaycee case was so sad,to think someone could do a child like that.I dont know what happened to Haliegh,but they may be getting closer. Tommy,an Cousin Joe,is catching some flack right now,i believe.For Cousin Joe to lawyer up,recently tells me detectives are digging around again. I for one have never trusted Tommy,or Joe . In the beginning Misty all but pointed to Joe.She claimed both Joe an Tommy molested her before.Now a letter written to family/i do believe to Chelsea.Has been turned into LE. I cannot wait for her to get sentenced for the drug trafficking. I know I should be more compassionate but after Haleigh went missing, Misty should have started going to church then and getting “clean” from drugs. Now that young girl will spend her best years in prison. What a shame that Haleigh was born into that nest of rats. !!!!
Haliegh Cummings is an Angel…just like Caylee Anthony and all the other Precious Children whose lives have been cut short by their own parents.
What has the Sheriff of Putnum County been doing all these years to serve the people who elected him to do his job? It’s always a ”Red Flag” when obligations are being ignored. It appears someone, somewhere is padding someone’s pocket with kickback money and you can chalk that up to greed. The FBI needs to flock in that County and do the job the Sheriff has failed to do…like throw him out first! It appears from the various bloggers from Putnum County, they have long been evaded by pedophiles and dope pushers. First, they have been getting by with it! Why not flock there?

I would have no sympathy for them if they came out looking like a horse kicked em in the face; whatever it takes to have them come out talking like a parrot. Find out who and what they did to that Beautiful Child! It seems like with as much sophisticated technology out there today, someone would have enough sense to use it before a child could get too far out of sight.
The sad part, corruption is found everywhere in our sick society, not just Putnum County. Our Police brings them in, and when they go thru the Court System, the man in the Black Robe sets the fines then turns them loose, and the next day they are free and back on the streets doing the same thing they got locked up for to begin with. That same person is usually caught over and over again and brought before the same Judge, paying the same fines. It’s all about easy money for the County’s, not about rehabilitation!
When you see so many children disappear, it always goes back to some thud with a wrap sheet a mile and half long. Then you can point your finger to our Failed Justice System for putting these bums back out on the street.
What happened to the State Guidelines on known Pedophiles? Like staying specific distances from children. Frankly, it’s like all other laws written in the State Books collecting dust, laws are not carried out. Why would Misty Croslin and Ronald Cummings allow anyone in or near their home who had previously molested her? Relatives or not, there is a thing called a “Cast Iron Skillet!” These guys were habitual pedophiles, with wrap sheets a mile long with offenses which should have kept them behind bars to begin with.
If you don’t think our system is flawed, look back at the O.J. Simpson Case, Scott Peterson, and the up coming Casey Anthony Case. They are where they need to be, behind bars with no possibility for parole!
Leonard Padilla, I know you mean well in helping others. I’ve respected that side of you; nevertheless, if I gave you constructive advice, you would never listen. I’d think long, and hard of ever pulling out of California offering to share my good graces and time with hard core drug heads that will tell you anything but the truth. I share your motive of wanting Justice for Haliegh; however, if she has been cremated, any evidence is gone. I’m afraid Justice will never come, and we may never know how Haliegh truely met her tragic fate!
Someone is going to have to jump on the Band Wagon and fight for major reform in our Government, State, County and City Wide Justice Systems. There is more crooks in the Justice System than what’s on every corner of your neighborhood streets. Until this is resolved children will always be prey to Pedophiles and Drug Addicts. So far, there is no physical punishment or barrier out there to detour hard core criminals from committing crimes against our Special Children & Grand Children.
As a citizen of the State of Florida, I’d hate to know, my hard earned tax money went to pay for the Defense of Casey Anthony, the Mother who murdered her own child. People of Florida need to get their picket line up and protest until this law is modified. I was under the impression, money set aside in States, for court representation was for people in in dire need or low income. The Public is not STUPID! We all knew Casey Anthony didn’t have a red cent. Yet, according to Jose Baez, Casey has paid her Attorney’s fees in the amount of over $125,000. Is this his last ditch effort to get money to cover up that first tale. If he is telling the truth, it appears Casey has profited off of the death of Caylee. It appears Judge Strickland has just about given that team the entire case and with him sitting on the bench, I’m wondering if there will ever be Justice for Caylee! God Rest Her Soul and Haliegh’s too!
Beverly Wilder,you bring some great points to the table,about how flawed our system is.There needs to be change, Stiffer laws.but will they ever be upheld. When they cant accunt for 200 SO on the Georga line.GOD ONLY KNOWS HOW MANY ARNT ACCOUNTED FOR IN THIS NATION. its scary. I have seen crooked LE before.I pray it all comes to the light. An these missing children are found.that those who murder children recive the strongest sentence.
