George Anthony said he had last seen Caylee on June 16, 2008 and that she was wearing a pink shirt and blue shorts. Some believe that George’s memory is wrong or he is not being honest with his statement. Caylee was not murdered in blue shorts. Caylee Anthony was murdered in light colored shorts with stripes. Another Baez-blooper . . . Just because he sent in a money order in July 2009 to Bank of America on Casey Anthony’s behalf . . . The JUDGE will still find no sympathy for Casey . . . SHE IS INDIGENT, SHE HAS NO MONEY; thus, she could NOT possibly have paid the bank on “good faith” . . .

If a person is smart, they will in fact pay back whatever money they stole BEFORE their hearing date relating to fraud / theft charges. And that USUALLY makes the Judge happy - however, I have seen for myself (worked for a Judge for quite a few years) that if the Judge gets a mere “wiff” that it was NOT the money of the DEFENDANT that paid the debt . . . a spectacular fireworks show is displayed for the entire courtroom. It really gets the Judge fired up - because, and I quote, “If the Defendant did not pay the debt with his/her own hard-earned money, they did not pay their debt to society as a whole.”
Yep, heard that quite often - followed by the sound of Lady Justice slammin’ bars shut for some good ol’ fashioned time served for the Defendant to pay their debt to society. O:)
I personally don’t think the trial will last long at all . . . The P.A. will be systematical and matter of facts . . . the DUHfense - What could they possibly have to put on any type of defense? My theory is the DUHfense will merely try to “poke holes” in the P.A.’s theory, thus, they will not have a case to put on. (They don’t have to put on a case - but I would hope that a good attorney (a truly seasoned attorney) would NOTICE that Casey is in THE FIGHT OF HER LIFE and deserves a DEFENSE, a good defense strategy. The ring of clowns Casey has for counsel . . . its going to be a VERY SHORT trial.
Like I said before, I can almost see the P.A. resting his/her case right after opening statements. Hahaha (Not really, but close!) O:)

will it be a short trial, the answer is no. realistically the da has thousands of pages of documents already released because of the sunshine law we know of. the defense will try to counter those, meaning thousands more. just to show one exhibit takes a minute. if you have a thousand, it will take a thousand minutes. compile that with counter action by the defense, we are talking weeks. i suspect this trial will take months to complete. just my guess.
should this trial take a day? a topic for a new book. i guess someone will write a book on that.
the answer is no.
let me explain. this case is a high profile case. 1) why, cause ng made it so. without that coverage this case would be long forgotten. we see that in other cases.
2) spindy has done everything she could do, to draw attention to this case. why, to spin her own take on things. she has an agenda of her own.
3) the media attention this case has, spawns nut jobs to come out of the wood works. this is where people like joy comes from. these people don’t care about facts, they make up facts in their minds to fit their own delusion. they want to feel important, so they make it up.
4) there are many blogs on this case. high profile, i should say yes.

No, there is nothing in the evidence documents that says Casey told Amy that Caylee had pooped on the toilet after she was already dead.
Casey has never discussed the death of Caylee with anyone per the evidence documents. Casey claimed Zanny, the nanny, had Caylee. Also, Casey told LE that she spoke to Caylee around noon the day Cindy called 911.
Ann & DEBI~ casey did tell amy that caylee had used the bathroom all by herelf and how proud she was i think it was on the day she picked amy up from the airport i believe it is in one of the interviews with ocsd or in the texts casey didnt say it was after caylee was dead so u are corrrect ann to this day casey has never told anyone or admitted to killing her baby but we know now that when she said that caylee was already in the woods…. hope that clears things up
