Casey Anthony’s Luxury of Commissary Orders May End Soon

1a1 Casey Anthony’s Check Fraud trial is scheduled for January 25th.  A delay in a plea agreement for Casey Anthony’s 9 Check Fraud charges, gives Casey more time to enjoy her commissary food & item orders.  Casey will be be charged fines and court fees for each charge.  Judge Strickland basically said that since Casey hasn’t had any criminal past, she will most likely only be given about a year of jail time of which she has already served.  But Casey will have to pay the court fees and fines associated with each charge., regardless if she makes a plea deal or goes to trial & is found guilty. The only money Casey has is in her Commissary Account & this will be taken away to pay for the fines & fees. Likewise, any further money put into her account will be taken to pay for the fines & fees.

From the State of Florida Crime & Punishment Chart

FELONY -    UP TO $5000 FINE AND/OR UP TO 5 YEARS IN JAIL

FORGERY-  UP TO $5,000 FINE AND/OR UP TO 5 YEARS IN JAIL

With 9 charges, Casey could be fined up to $45,000.  Granted it won’t be that high, but it won’t be cheap.

It’s fair to say that her attorney Jose Baez and/or Cindy & George Anthony are working on paying these fines and fees as they’ve done similar in the past (for example, Baez paid Bank of America the money Casey owed).  And, this will cause an up roar if Casey doesn’t have to pay for her crimes and/or Cindy & George use any money from their Caylee Foundation to pay for Casey’s jail food. If Baez or the Anthonys do not pay for the fines/fees, Casey will be left with no money to pay for commissary items.

I just read the letter to the Judge from the prisoner, about Kronk and out of town friend.
I must say I am amazed.
Where do these people come from?  And why would he write such a letter?

Hang on to your hats, this is going to be a wild ride.

Hey Mart, I am hoping that letter can be proven to have been written by an Anthony, or at their direction by someone else, It is highly unlikey a lifer would share this ‘information’ with Strickland without revealing his name or asking for any ‘favors’.
The way the letter states over and over again that Casey is innocent does not make it look as if someone who doesnt know her wrote it, a stranger not asking for anything in return would have no reason to be so adamant about that point, at most  ‘he’ would state what he knew and end it, not go on and on repeating himself about Casey being a victim.

I hope they can lay this letter at Cindy or Casey’s feet, it would be nice to see them for once and all busted for the liars and manipulators they are! Was it mailed from the same jail where Killsey is?? anyone know? That would be suspicious to say the least!
