Judge: State Can Seek Death For Casey Anthony
Casey Anthony charged with Murder of Daugher Caylee
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. –
In the case against Casey Anthony, an Orange County judge on Friday denied the defense’s request to take the death penalty off the table.
Casey Anthony’s attorneys had argued that prosecutors were using the death penalty to seat a “conviction-prone” jury on the case.
In his ruling, Judge Stan Strickland said the issue of whether to sentence Casey Anthony to death, should she be found guilty, is one best left for a jury to decide.
“While the quantum of evidence sufficient to seek the death penalty will virtually always be an issue, that matter is generally best left for the jury,” Judge Strickland wrote in his ruling.

ZENAIDA MYSPACE PAGE LOGGED INTO YESTERDAY
Someone has logged into the Zenaida Myspace page yesterday, December 19, 2009. The person has accepted friends, although they appear to be people who are bloggers searching for answers. I have been thinking and I have no idea if my thinking is right or wrong, these are just ideas.. but by going on the airways, doesn’t that give them the means to be making money and paying the attorneys, as the attorney’s have to be being paid somehow and no one knows how they are being paid. So could the attorney’s be setting up the interviews, and the pay, so that they can all be getting paid somehow? That is the only way that I can see that anyone would be getting any money. And when the attorneys go to New York, or other places for TV appearances, do they get paid for that? You would think that if that is the way they are getting paid, then kc would be agreeing with it too. I read somewhere that kc is reading law books, so maybe she is doing research since she has nothing to do anyway.

Jan, you and I think the same. They both knew right then and there. Especially George since he picked up the car in the yard and Cindy waited in her car. But when George got home, and Cindy walked out into the garage, and said to George, Whew, what died? In about 3 seconds from that point, I am sure she is intelligent enough to have it click and she knew. Doggone it……..she KNEW and so did G, right then and there. Then they started digging up the yard and moving the playhouse. I can’t wrap my head around who is worse, the grandparents for covering it all up and their lies and deceit or Casey for doing the actual deed. To me, the grandparents with their actions make them just as guilty as Casey in God’s eyes.

I totally agree with y ou!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been thinking this all along. They knew right from the beginning, and all their cover ups and lies, I have no pitty for any of them at all, and hope they all go down for their actions, I feel so bad for Caylee,
I think George wanted to kill himself because he cant live with what his daughter did, and he knows deep down she did this, but cant admit to it because of Cindy.

Mel - George knew. He even said he was praying when he opened the trunk that it wasn’t Casey or Caylee. Later on when he found out Caylee hadn’t been seen for 31 days — I’m sure he added 2 + 2. He may act dumb at times, but he isn’t stupid. But, Cindy has told him what to think, how to feel and what to say. He’s a robot
I know that we all really do not know the answers, but there are so many ideas that are floating in all of our heads, trying to figure this strange case out. But, Mel that all makes sense to me too, and G had to go along with it, so that they could get paid, or he would lose everything. It would sure be interesting if we ever find out the truth.
and G comes up saying some really weird things. For instance in his depo, he told the attorney to stop giving him the finger and the attorney was only pushing up his glasses. Then there was one day when he was up on the stand in court, and someone gave kc a tissue to wipe away tears that i could not see, and it looked to me like she was giving her father the finger too, by the way she was holding the tissue and wiping under her eyes. But G didn’t tell her to stop giving him the finger. He acts like he knows something and when he can’t answer, he comes up with some excuse.
i think geo stays on w/cindy b/c he has no one else to feed off of. casey learned to be a stealer, fraudster and couch potato from the best it seems—her own father. from cindy she learned to lie and believing there are no consequences for anything you do—even murdering a baby. a sociopath in an amoral home without any visible parenting can turn into a highly dysfunctional situation, i would think, very quickly.
i can’t imagine kronk’s ex-wife has a rosy past, and her reputation will be torn to shreds if she takes the stand. all imo.
and if her mother ($in) had not called 911, do you think that kc would still be out going to all of the parties? After all it was her mother who called and by her voice it sounded to me like $in was in panic mode.

spendygirl, how interesting. by looking at the pictures again, and those pictures were taken at the depo, I thought that some of the face expressions on the mother were just like some of the daughters face expressions. I think that they are alike in so many ways………
Mel and Jan……..I aagree with your 8:46 post. I have said this from the very beginning. I don’t call them grandparents though. Call them the parental anthonys or just $/g. I don’t think it sounded like c was in panic mode. It sounded very staged to me. Keep listening to it. Very thought out and planned. It took 3 calls before she even mentioned little Caylee. That doesn’t sound like panic to me. Caylee should have been the first thing she mentiond. not $$$$, not stolen car. Very planned. I am buried under 18 inches of snow tonight. Wish it would go away. Very pretty for a while……….not so pretty when shoveling today.

I am reading Ms. Fannings book right now, almost finished with it, but it talks about after Caylee has been gone for a month or so and around the time of the second vigil they held in their front yard, Richard Grund makes a call to George, but no answer, so left a message. Something to the affect of, Why aren’t you doing what all ex cops so in these situations? In reference to the fact that they look at the ones closest to the victim for the answers first. Alot become persons of interest and on to suspects before long. George called Richard back and told him, regarding what you asked me on the message you left that, I can’t do that because my wife doesn’t want me to do that. This is not verbatim on purpose because I do not want to find my self in trouble with Ms. Fanning quoting her book without her permission. I don’t where I stand with that legally, so I am avoiding word for word quotes from her book. So much to show that George and Cindy know exactly what happened to Caylee and by who, but are stalling for time to be on their side. IMO. I hope that LE are waiting to press charges against he A’s until after the trial, in Mr. Bill’s words, to get the big fish first.
